As soon as you step through the doors, you are greeted by a cozy ambiance, perfect for a relaxed meal with family or friends. The café is well-loved for its friendly and attentive staff, who go above and beyond to ensure each guest feels right at home—something that was notably appreciated by many customers, including Ming Khor, who raved about the café's kid-friendly service.

Il Milanese's menu is a treasure trove of Italian comfort food, each dish crafted with love and care. The Hot Breakfast Menu features an enticing array of options to kick-start your day, while the Toasties are an excellent choice for a quick, satisfying lunch. The “Homemade Cakes,” priced at an affordable A$5.00, are a must-try for those with a sweet tooth. Imagine sinking your teeth into a fluffy slice of cake, perfectly complementing a freshly brewed coffee or the Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice that offers a burst of citrusy goodness.

It's no surprise that local patrons like Craig Brosnan have found a gem in this café, noting that the handmade gnocchi and spaghetti marinara are the best they've encountered in Perth. The café also shines when it comes to kid-friendly meals. The Kid's Spaghetti Ragu Sauce, known to many as a delightful twist on the classic Bolognese, and the enticing Kid's Hawaiian Pizza are simply irresistible mini-meals, complete with a refreshing drink and a scoop of ice cream. It’s a family-friendly spot that serves food every member will love.

Those who have visited, like Judith Clark and Aileen Yan, agree that Il Milanese boasts a lovely street view opposite Remembrance Park, making it an enjoyable spot to sit and relax after a stroll. With decent parking options available, you can conveniently pop in for a delightful meal or a sweet treat anytime you fancy.

In conclusion, whether you're after a hearty breakfast, a fulfilling lunch, or a sweet afternoon treat, Il Milanese is a café that promises not just meals but an experience that lingers in your memory. Be sure to visit soon—you might just discover your new favorite local gem!

Went to this place for lunch with the family on a weekend. The food was good in general. The lady was very helpful and hospitable. Very good with kids. We ordered: - An Il Milanese panini. Chicken in a bun - Kid's Spaghetti Ragu Sauce. Basically Spaghetti Bolognese - Kid's Hawaiian Pizza - Chicken and Cheese Toastie The panini was 19 dollars, each kid's meal 16. Came with a drink and ice cream. Coffee here is good and it was a big cup

At last!! So glad to have discovered this discreet little suburban gem. Here are people who are passionate about authentic Italian cuisine. The gnocchi was extraordinary..best we have ever tasted..the spaghetti Marina likewise..we had almost given up going Italian in Perth, sick of too much tomato sauce, too strong flavours and "chefs" who don't allow the ingredients thevrespect they deserve. Congratulations Il Milanese!! Can't wait to see you again.

Friendly staff and good seating options in this Italian cafe. I had a delicious ham and cheese focaccia with a nice mocha and a sweet treat. Decent parking available around and a nice street view opposite Rememberance Park in Inglewood.

Was initially skeptical as there weren't many reviews but wow was not disappointed at all!! Just a homely place with great food! Super good icecream-variant desserts (pls don't skip it!) Gnocchi and tagliatelle were handmade pizza was brilliant (followed previous reviews to get the handmade sausage) and not burnt at all so we could enjoy every bit of it! Also very kid friendly with games available and kids menu!

We will be back for sure. The lady was very warm and friendly even on the phone. Service was wonderful. We ordered 2 pizzas: Milano (can't remember the exact name), and the home made sausage one and 1 gnocchi, the cheese option. Gnocchi sauce was lovely and such a delight to eat. We have tried a few pizza places in Perth and my husband likes this the most. I like it too and we will be back for sure. Forgot to mention that the food took less than 10 minutes to arrive which we were very happy with.

Service was lovely and we felt well taken care off. We were a medium sized group with kids. There was a back room for us that was cozy and felt like we were not disturbing others and nit disturbed by others. Pasta was so good, even just the simple ones. Pizzas were amazing!!! Never saw the kids eat that much pizza! It was such a wonderful place and I would highly recommend it to anyone!!!
